Product Washing and Care Information:

- Washing: Avoid washing in a washing machine with a high spin cycle. Hand washing in cold water is recommended for best results.

- Ironing: Iron at a moderate temperature to maintain product quality.

- Drying: Dry at normal temperature to prevent damage to the fabric.

- Warning: Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach, as they may damage the color and quality of the product.

- Additional Care: Avoid brushing the tile and embroidery parts, and avoid wringing this product with great force. Also, avoid soaking the product.

- Special Note: For materials other than jeans, it is recommended not to wash by machine.

DELIVERY

- Shipped from Bandung, Orders before 3 pm will be sent on the same day

- Delivery Monday – Saturday, No delivery on Sunday/Holidays.

COMPLAINT/RETURN

- Please make an unboxing video upon receipt of the package to ensure that all items have been received properly and to avoid any potential unwanted issues. Please note that we do not accept complaints due to errors in the product washing process. Before washing the product, please carefully read the care instructions provided.

- Chat Admin first before giving a star rating if there is a problem with the package received.

- Return limit is 3x24 hours after the item is received.
