• Each product displayed has been described in as much detail as possible, including size, color, material, and other details.
• Colors in product photos may vary slightly due to lighting during shooting or your device's screen settings.

• All prices listed include tax (if applicable).
• Payments can be made through the methods available on our platform, such as bank transfer, credit/debit card, or certain e-wallets.
• Orders will only be processed after payment is verified.

• Delivery is carried out by a third party expedition service in collaboration with Rurik.
• Estimated delivery time depends on the destination location.
• The tracking number will be provided within 1x24 hours after the order is sent.
• Delays in delivery due to shipping company issues are not Rurik's responsibility.

• Exchanges only apply to products with production defects or incorrect shipments.
• Exchange requests must be submitted a maximum of 2x24 hours after the product is received, accompanied by photo/video evidence of the condition of the product during unboxing.
• Products to be exchanged must be in new condition, unwashed, unused, complete with original tags and packaging.
• Exchange shipping costs are covered according to applicable policies (will be informed when submitting an exchange request).
• We do not accept refunds, except in certain cases that have been approved by the Rurik team.

• Discount vouchers or promo codes cannot be cashed.
• One promo code can only be used for one transaction and cannot be combined with other promos.
• Rurik reserves the right to refuse orders if misuse of the promo code is found.

• All content including photos, designs, logos and promotional materials are the property of Rurik and are protected by law.
