Rurik Return and Exchange Policy

Rurik always strives to ensure every Sister receives the best possible product. However, if there's anything unsatisfactory, we accept returns or exchanges according to the terms and conditions below.

Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns or exchanges can be made within 3 days from the date of order.

Return & Exchange Terms
Before submitting a return or exchange, please ensure the product meets the following conditions:

  1. Unboxing video (must be included as evidence if you want to submit a return or exchange claim.
    • Without Pause
    • No Editing
  2. The product has never been used, has not been washed, and the label is still completely attached.
  3. Products that can be returned are products purchased through the official Rurik website.
  4. Discounted, promotional, or flash sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  5. Products purchased using vouchers or reward points (Rurik Points) can be returned, but the points cannot be refunded.
  6. Exchange can be done by:
    • Same product
    • Other products at the same or higher price
    • Lower priced product (Difference is non-refundable).
  7. Each product can only be exchanged once.
  8. Rurik does not offer pick-up and exchange services. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  9. Rurik reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange even if all conditions appear to be met, if the inspection results show that the product is not in good condition.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Make sure the product to be returned meets all the conditions above.
  2. Please have the order number and email address used during purchase ready.
  3. Select the product you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Select the solution type:
    • Refund (store credit), or
    • Product exchange.
  5. Send products to Rurik's warehouse using Sister's chosen shipping service.
  6. Once we receive the product and it passes inspection, our team will process:
    • Store credit will be sent within 3–5 business days, and can be used for future purchases on the Rurik website.
    • For exchanges, our team will process new orders according to Sister's request.

Returns or Exchanges from Overseas

  • If the return is due to negligence on Rurik's part , then shipping costs and customs duties will be borne by Rurik.
  • If the return is due to negligence on the part of the buyer , then shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer .
